Store Manager Mr. Nagaraj is very humble and supportive. After purchasing the mattress, we noticed a slight twisty sound issue from the base at home. We informed the store, and Mr. Nagaraj personally followed up on it. He arranged for a quick visit, checked the issue himself, and tightened the fittings properly. The problem was resolved immediately.
